If you are new to Roots Dental, you can schedule an appointment by calling (402) 413-6686 or using our online contact form. As a new patient, we need to obtain some information from you, and you can find the forms you need here.
Be sure to bring any insurance cards, an official ID, and your form of payment.
Our Dental Office in Lincoln, NE
We are located in South East Lincoln at 8450 Eiger Drive, north of the intersection of Hwy 2 and S. 84th Street. Our office is next to the Jet Splash Car Wash and close to Walmart Supercenter, Sam’s Club, and Menards. Starbucks is also nearby if you want to grab a coffee before or after your appointment.
If you want to take a break from your day for some outdoor fun, Billy Wolff Trail is also nearby, which takes you through the heart of Lincoln and has access points throughout the city.
